Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 25, 2017, HealthStream, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The final results of the proposals submitted to shareholder vote at the Annual Meeting, which proposals were described in more detail in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 12, 2017 (the “Proxy Statement”), are set forth below.
