Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 30, 2007, the Company filed its definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission noting that the 2007 base salary of Kevin P. O’Hara was $160,000. Mr. O’Hara’s 2007 base salary is $165,000.
