Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 22, 2021, C. Martin Harris, M.D. notified HealthStream, Inc., a Tennessee corporation (the “Company”), of his decision to resign as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of February 26, 2021. Dr. Harris’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
